    Ice Cubes: 70% full

    Ice Water: 210ml

Directions

Pre-PreparationPrepare

  • Pistachio Cream Foam

Combine pistachio cream foam powder and ice water in a mixing container.

Whip until smooth, thick, and slightly flowable.

Store chilled until ready to use.

    Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inner wall of the serving glass to create a flowing visual pattern.

  2. Add Ice

    Fill the glass with ice cubes until approximately 70% full.

  3. Add Coffee and Milk

    Pour espresso first, then slowly add fresh milk to allow natural layering and blending.

  4. Top with Cream Foam
