🏷 Tips

Fresh mochi is recommended for the best chewy texture, as it may firm up over time and affect mouthfeel.

Black sesame paste should be prepared fresh to maintain its rich consistency and aroma, and to prevent separation that may impact visual presentation.

The intensity of black sesame and sweetness can be adjusted to create different flavor profiles based on market preferences.

Mochi toppings can be substituted with tapioca pearls, coconut jelly, or agar to expand menu flexibility and product variations.

This product is ideal as a textured milk tea, dessert-style beverage, or signature item for premium menu offerings.
