Blueberry Cream Foam Coffee

Rich espresso meets fresh milk and blueberry cream foam, where delicate berry sweetness naturally complements the bold character of espresso, creating a well-balanced coffee with layered flavor.

Blueberry Cream Foam Coffee starts with a smooth combination of espresso and fresh milk, then finishes with a layer of silky blueberry cream foam. Instead of blending blueberry syrup directly into the coffee, the blueberry flavor is incorporated into the cream foam, allowing the creaminess, berry aroma, and coffee notes to unfold one after another with every sip.

The blueberry cream foam offers a delicate balance of light berry sweetness, subtle tartness, and creamy dairy notes. The silky foam is the first flavor to greet the palate, followed by the rich aroma of espresso. Rather than overpowering the coffee, the blueberry gently complements its aroma and lingering finish, creating a harmonious and well-layered flavor profile.

As the cream foam, milk, and espresso gradually blend together, the flavor naturally evolves with each sip. From the smooth creaminess and refreshing berry notes to the rich espresso finish, every sip offers a unique progression of flavors, creating a balanced and distinctive coffee experience.

🏷 Tips

  • Add the Blueberry Syrup last.

Adding the Blueberry Syrup after the cream foam is prepared helps reduce the risk of clumping and maintains a smooth, silky texture.

  • Keep the cream foam refrigerated.

Store at 0–4°C (32–39°F) and use within 8 hours for the best texture and flavor.

  • Use a medium-dark or dark roast espresso.

A richer espresso provides a balanced foundation that complements the blueberry cream foam without overpowering its delicate berry notes.

  • Taste the layered flavors before stirring.

Enjoy the cream foam, milk, and espresso separately first, then gently stir to experience a smoother and more integrated flavor profile.
