Ingredients

  • Tea Base
    Jin Xuan Tea: 150ml
    Ice Cubes: to 80%

  • Cream Top
    Whipped Cream: 1 swirl
    Nut Sprinkles: a pinch

  • Decoration
    Pink Flower: 1 piece

Directions

  1. Brew 150ml of Jin Xuan oolong tea and let it cool.

  2. Fill serving cup with ice to 80% and pour in tea.

  3. Pipe whipped cream on top.

  4. Sprinkle crushed nuts and decorate with a cookie or edible flower.
