Osmanthus Oolong Tea – 150ml
Ice Cubes – fill to 80% of the cup
🧀 Cheese Foam
Cheese Sea Salt Cream Powder – 22.6g
Ice Water – 80ml
🌼 Decoration
Dried Osmanthus Blossoms – a pinch
Directions
Brew osmanthus oolong tea and let it cool slightly.
Fill serving cup with ice (80%) and pour in 150ml of tea.
Blend 22.6g cheese sea salt powder with 80ml ice water until creamy.
Gently pour cream over the tea to create layers.
Top with dried osmanthus blossoms for aroma and visual appeal.
