25g Matcha Powder
100ml Warm Water
100ml Heavy Cream
Mix until smooth and creamy. Store refrigerated at 32–39°F (0–4°C) and use within 8 hours.
Prepare the Peach Green Tea Base
Combine jasmine green tea base, peach flavor syrup, cane sugar syrup, and ice water in a shaker. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
Build the Tea Layer
Fill a serving glass with ice cubes until approximately 70% full. Pour the prepared peach green tea mixture into the glass.
