Ingredients

  • Assam Tea Leaves: 8g

  • Granulated Sugar: 35g

  • Heavy Cream: 35g

  • Water: 50ml

  • Fresh Milk: 800ml




Directions

  1. Simmer the Base:

    Combine Assam tea leaves, sugar, heavy cream, and water in a pot. Boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer until the tea turns a deep caramel color.

  2. Add Milk:

    Pour in 800ml of fresh milk and heat until it gently boils.

  3. Cover and Steep:

    Turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Strain and Serve:

    Filter out tea leaves and pour into cup. Serve warm.
