Sailor Moon Drinks | Tuxedo Noir Taro Matcha Latte

Layered coffee jelly drink topped with matcha cream cap and rose petals, blending coconut sweetness with taro milk richness.

A multi-layered drink that blends coffee jelly, coconut milk tea, taro milk, and matcha cream cap, inspired by the elegance and power of a mysterious gentleman—bringing the coffee jelly recipe to an artistic level.

Tuxedo Noir draws inspiration from the mysterious gentleman archetype in classic anime, translating elegance and power into a drink full of layers and storytelling.

At the base, the coffee jelly glistens like polished obsidian, with a bouncy texture that releases deep coffee aroma and subtle bitterness as you chew. This foundation is not only the visual anchor but also the soul of the drink—one of the most important elements in the coffee jelly recipe.

The middle layer features silky coconut milk tea, carrying the tropical sweetness of coconut and the comforting warmth of cane sugar syrup, bringing balance and fullness to the robust coffee base. This layer reflects the softer, more caring side of the character.

Above it, a light lavender taro milk bridges the bold coconut and coffee flavors. The natural aroma of taro and the smoothness of fresh milk create a gentle transition that adds romance to the visual and taste profile.

Crowning the drink is a velvety matcha cream cap, dusted with vibrant green matcha powder and adorned with red rose petals. The contrast of colors evokes a regal elegance, turning each presentation into a work of art.

With every sip, you start with the chewy texture and aroma of coffee jelly, move through the sweet coconut milk tea and delicate taro milk, and finish with the refreshing, slightly bitter matcha and floral notes. The progression of flavors is balanced and intricate—an artful demonstration of the coffee jelly recipe.

Whether served at a themed café, an anime collaboration event, or as a seasonal special, Tuxedo Noir captivates with its striking color gradients, aromatic complexity, and photogenic appeal, making it both a flavor and visual highlight.

  3. Slowly pour in taro milk (3ml taro syrup + 75ml fresh milk) to create a gradient.

  4. Top with matcha cream cap, sprinkle with matcha powder, and add rose petals for garnish.
