Ingredients

  • Pineapple syrup – 30ml

  • Cold water – 10ml

  • Ice cubes – 6 pcs (plus extra for serving glass)

  • Pineapple juice – Fill to about 70% of the cup

  • Cold-brew osmanthus oolong tea – 150ml (layered, ideally brewed using the 7-in-1 Multipurpose Tea Espresso / Food Processor W)

  • Sea salt cream cap – to taste

  • Gold dust – a pinch














Directions

  1. In a shaker, combine 30ml pineapple syrup, 10ml cold water, and 6 ice cubes. Shake well.

  2. Fill the serving glass with ice, then pour in pineapple juice until about 70% full.

  3. Using the back of a spoon, gently pour in 150ml cold osmanthus oolong tea to create a gradient effect.

  4. Top with sea salt cream and dust with gold mica powder.
