Milky Mist Jin Xuan Cold Brew Coffee
A cold brew coffee topped with Jin Xuan tea cream foam and finished with longan honey sweetness.
Milky Mist Jin Xuan Cold Brew Coffee is built on a smooth cold brew base. The cold brew leads with a deep color, a mellow coffee aroma, and softer acidity; a measure of Longan Honey Flavor Syrup rounds out the finish with a warm sweetness and makes the whole cup easier to drink. Built on cold brew and finished with a tea cream foam, it carries more flavor layers than a plain iced coffee.
The Jin Xuan tea cream foam on top is the drink’s signature. Jin Xuan oolong brings a soft, milky-floral tea note; whipped with the original foam powder into a smooth cream foam, it sits over the dark cold brew for a clear contrast of deep coffee and pale foam. The first sip is the smooth foam and Jin Xuan tea aroma, then the mellow cold brew underneath, finishing on the longan honey sweetness — a more refined take on cold foam coffee.
On a commercial menu, this drink is a good way to show how far cold brew can stretch. Cold brew does not have to stop at milk or simple syrup — paired with a tea cream foam and a honey-style syrup, it becomes a more distinctive cold foam coffee. For cafés, boba shops, and multi-category drink brands, Milky Mist Jin Xuan Cold Brew Coffee fits a cold brew line, a cream-foam coffee line, or a tea-infused coffee line, and holds up as a feature drink from spring and summer through fall.

Dust a small amount of crushed Milky Mist Jin Xuan Tea Leaves over the center of the foam. Serve immediately.
