Pineapple Jam | 2 Scoops

Osmanthus Syrup | 15ml

Lemon Syrup | 5ml

Ice Cubes | Fill Approximately 80%

  • Sparkling Layer

    Sparkling Water | 150ml

Directions

  1. Prepare the Flavor Base

    Combine Pineapple Jam, Osmanthus Syrup, and Lemon Syrup in a shaker. Stir thoroughly until well blended.

  2. Add the Tea and Shake

    Pour in Osmanthus Oolong Tea, fill the shaker with ice to approximately 80% full, then shake well to fully integrate the floral, fruity, and tea flavors.

  3. Add the Sparkling Water

    Strain the shaken tea into the serving glass, then slowly pour in Sparkling Water to preserve the fine bubbles and refreshing carbonation.

  4. Serve

    Serve immediately.
