Ingredients
Rose Syrup: 15ml
Hot Water: 135ml (for pink jelly)
Agar Powder: 7.5g × 2
Coconut Powder: 20g
Hot Water: 130ml (for white jelly)
Sakura Popping Pearls: for topping
Rose Petals & Sugar Pearls: for garnish
Directions
Make Pink Layer:
Mix rose syrup, hot water, and agar powder. Add heart sugar sprinkles and chill to set.
Make White Layer:
Mix coconut powder with hot water and agar powder. Pour over pink layer and chill again.
Decorate:
Drizzle rose syrup and top with sakura pearls, rose petals, and sugar pearls.
