Ingredients
Strawberry Syrup: 30ml
Ice Cubes: to 90% full
Strawberry Star Jelly: 5–6 pieces
Lemon Concentrate: 10ml
Vodka: 30ml
Sparkling Water: 150ml (divided)
Hot Water: 20ml
Directions
Pour 30ml of strawberry syrup into a serving cup. Add alternating layers of star jellies and ice until 90% full.
In a shaker, combine 10ml lemon concentrate, 30ml vodka, and 100ml sparkling water. Shake well and slowly pour into the cup.
Mix 1g blue cotton candy powder with 20ml hot water, stir to dissolve, then add 50ml sparkling water. Shake and gently pour as the final layer.
