Coconut Powder: 45g
Taro Syrup: 10ml
Hot Water: 300ml × 2 portions
Whipped Cream: as desired
Decoration (e.g., cherries, sugar stars)
Directions
Mix 45g coconut powder, 10ml taro syrup, 15g kanten powder and 300ml hot water. Pour into pudding molds and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
Mix 15g kanten powder, 2g cotton candy powder, and 300ml hot water. Pour into a container, cool until solid, then cut into cubes.
Place the pudding in a serving cup, top with whipped cream, then add the kanten jelly cubes and your chosen decorations.
