Unlike turmeric-based “golden milk” beverages, this milk tea is built entirely on brewed black tea, delivering a clean, tea-forward profile without any herbal spices.

When blended with classic non-dairy creamer, the tea develops a smooth and rounded mouthfeel while preserving its natural aroma. The sweetness from cane sugar syrup is gentle and controlled, allowing both tea and milk notes to remain clear and well-balanced.

  1. Prepare the milk tea base

    Add golden black tea, non-dairy creamer, and cane sugar syrup into a 700 ml shaker. Stir until fully dissolved.

  2. Add ice and shake

    Fill the shaker with ice until about 90% full, then shake well.

  3. Add tapioca pearls

    Place one scoop of cooked tapioca pearls into the serving cup.

  4. Assemble and serve

    Pour the shaken milk tea into the cup and serve immediately.

Fast Cook Tapioca Boba Recipe :

Cooking Time: Add to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it rest (steam) for 5 minutes.

Keep warm in a temperature-controlled container at 50–60°C.

Best consumed within 4 hours to ensure the optimal chewy texture.
