Ingredients
- Tea : 500ml 
- Kanten Powder : 25g 
- Honey : 40ml 
Directions
- Boil the Tea: - Heat 500ml of tea until it reaches a boil, then remove from heat. 
- Add Honey and Kanten Powder: - Stir in the honey and evenly sprinkle the kanten powder into the tea. 
- Mix Thoroughly: - Whisk quickly to fully dissolve the kanten powder, then immediately pour the mixture into molds or any preferred container. 
- Cool and Set: - Let it cool slightly, then place it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours until fully set into jelly form.
