Lychee Coconut Jin Xuan Tea
A Clear Iced Tea with Lychee Syrup, Coconut Water, and Jin Xuan Oolong
Lychee Coconut Jin Xuan Tea is a clear, dairy-free lychee iced tea led by fragrant lychee and finished with a soft oolong note. Its light profile makes it suitable for spring and summer fruit tea collections, oolong iced tea menus, and seasonal beverage promotions.
Lychee flavor syrup establishes the main fruit character and sweetness, while coconut water keeps the body light. Milky Mist Jin Xuan Tea Base leaves a delicate oolong finish behind the fruit, and a small amount of cane sugar syrup rounds out the sweetness. Lychee coconut jelly adds a chewy texture that connects the topping with the drink’s lychee theme.
The drink features pale golden tea, clear ice, and white lychee coconut jelly at the bottom. Pouring the coconut water and Jin Xuan tea in sequence creates a subtle shift in color, while a rosemary sprig adds a clean green accent. In a transparent cup, the jelly remains visible and helps customers identify the texture of this lychee oolong tea at a glance.
For boba shops and cafés, the recipe uses familiar operating components: an oolong tea base, flavor syrups, coconut water, and a jelly topping. Once the syrup, tea, coconut water, ice, and jelly portions are standardized, staff can assemble each serving in the same order. The same format can also support other fruit iced teas across a seasonal menu.

🏷 Tips
Build a Lychee Iced Tea Series
Use the same lychee flavor direction with jasmine green tea, Four Seasons oolong, or black tea. Each variation should have its own tested tea strength and syrup ratio.
Develop a Sparkling Lychee Tea
Replace part of the coconut water with sparkling water for a carbonated variation. Add the sparkling water at the end and stir only once or twice to reduce carbonation loss.]
Change the Textured Topping
Lychee Coconut Jelly can be replaced with Original Coconut Jelly, crystal jelly, aloe vera, or lychee popping boba. Recheck the draining method, sweetness, and cup capacity whenever the topping changes.
Create Other Fruit and Coconut Tea Variations
The same recipe structure can be tested with mango, passion fruit, pineapple, or white peach flavors. Because each syrup differs in sweetness, acidity, and color, every variation should have its own formula.
Offer a Cold-Brewed Tea Version
For brands with an existing cold-brewed tea program, the standard tea base may be replaced with cold-brewed Jin Xuan or another oolong tea. Confirm the brewing time, tea strength, storage temperature, and daily holding period before launch.
