Directions

  1. Make Base Layer:

    Dissolve 5g pudding powder in 30ml hot water. Stir until smooth, pour into mold, and chill until set.

  2. Strawberry Layer:

    Mix 2g agar powder + 2g strawberry powder with 30ml hot water. Stir until dissolved. Pour on top of the base and chill.

  3. Melon Layer:

    Repeat using 2g agar + 2g honeydew melon powder + 30ml hot water. Add on top once previous layer is set. Chill.

  4. Taro Layer:

    Mix 2g agar + 2g taro powder + 30ml hot water. Add carefully as the final layer. Chill until fully set.

🏷 Tips

Let each layer cool fully before adding the next to keep the lines clean.

Use glassware to showcase the colors.

Add edible flowers on top for a final celebratory touch.
