Chocolate Pumpkin Latte
Pumpkin milk and espresso meet dark chocolate drips, whipped cream, cinnamon, and chocolate garnishes in this autumn-inspired iced coffee.
Chocolate Pumpkin Latte combines mellow pumpkin sweetness, roasted espresso, and dark chocolate in a seasonal iced coffee. Chocolate sauce runs down the inside of the clear cup and crosses the orange-brown pumpkin milk like slow-moving lava. Whipped cream and chocolate garnishes complete the Halloween-ready presentation.
Pumpkin syrup sets the main aroma and sweetness, while pumpkin purée adds body. Fresh milk connects the pumpkin base with the espresso without hiding the coffee’s roasted character. As the chocolate sauce gradually mixes into the drink, the flavor shifts from pumpkin milk to cocoa and coffee.
Shops can adjust the garnish to suit different promotions. For an everyday autumn version, use chocolate drips, whipped cream, and cinnamon. For Halloween campaigns, add chocolate sandwich cookies and chocolate sticks. Both versions use the same beverage formula, allowing operators to change the presentation without revising the production workflow.

🍹Directions
Prepare the Pumpkin Milk Base
Add 20 ml pumpkin flavor syrup, 50 g pumpkin purée, and 180 ml fresh milk to a blender cup. Blend until the purée is fully incorporated and the mixture has a uniform consistency.
Create the Chocolate Drips
Coat the inside wall of the serving cup with 15 g dark chocolate flavor sauce, allowing the sauce to form irregular flowing lines around the cup.
Add Ice
Fill the serving cup to approximately 80% with ice, leaving sufficient room for the pumpkin milk, espresso, and garnish.
Add the Pumpkin Milk and Espresso
Pour the prepared pumpkin milk into the serving cup. Slowly add 30 ml espresso over the top to create visible color separation between the pumpkin milk and coffee.
Garnish and Serve
Top the drink with whipped cream and an even dusting of cinnamon powder. Garnish with two chocolate sandwich cookies and two chocolate sticks, then serve immediately.
🏷 Tips
Serve It Hot
Prepare a hot version with steamed milk and freshly brewed espresso. Use the chocolate sauce inside the cup, then finish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
Change the Chocolate Accent
Replace dark chocolate sauce with caramel or white chocolate sauce. Recheck the syrup quantity and overall sweetness before adding the variation to the menu.
Offer a Plant-Based Version
Test oat milk or another plant-based beverage in place of fresh milk. Differences in sweetness, color, and viscosity may require adjustments to the pumpkin purée and syrup.
Add a Texture Topping
Coffee jelly, chocolate jelly, or agar crystals can add a chewy element. Recalculate the ice, liquid volume, and garnish space whenever a topping is added.
Develop an Autumn Coffee Series
Use the pumpkin syrup in cold brew, mocha, caramel latte, or blended coffee drinks. Create a separate formula for each item rather than applying the same ingredient ratios across the full series.
