Liquid Cane Sugar: 30ml
Cream Cap Powder: 22.5g
Heavy Cream: 10ml
Cold Water: 80ml
Ice Cubes: as needed

Cocoa Powder (for topping): a pinch
Directions
In a shaker, mix 100ml black tea, 5g cocoa powder, and 30ml liquid cane sugar. Shake well.
Fill a glass with ice (80% full), then pour in the cocoa black tea base.
To make the cream cap, mix 22.5g cream powder, 10ml heavy cream, and 80ml cold water. Blend into a thick foam and spoon onto the drink.
