  1. Prepare the Rose Cream Foam

    Combine 70g original milk foam powder, 280ml ice water, and 25ml rose syrup in a mixing container.
    Whip using a mixer or electric frother until smooth, thick, and slightly flowing in texture.
    Refrigerate and use within 8 hours for best quality.

  2. Build the Peach Base

    Add 2 scoops of white peach jam to the bottom of the serving glass.

  3. Add Ice

    Fill the glass with ice cubes to about 70% full.

  4. Pour the Tea

    Gently pour 150ml of white peach oolong tea into the glass.

  5. Add Cream Foam

    Slowly pour the rose cream foam over the top, preferably along the inner wall of the glass to create a smooth layered gradient.

  6. Garnish and Serve

    Finish with dried rose petals for an elegant presentation.
