Tea Base
Milky Oolong Tea (Jin Xuan Oolong Tea): 400ml
Cane Sugar Syrup: 20ml
Jelly Base
Kanten Powder: 20g

Directions
Prepare Tea Base
Steep milky oolong tea leaves in hot water. Remove the leaves to obtain a clear tea base.
Heat and Dissolve
Bring the tea to a boil. Add kanten powder and cane sugar syrup, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
Add Coconut Texture
While still hot, pour the mixture into containers and evenly distribute nata de coco.
Cool and Set
Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 3–5 hours until fully set.
