Mango Slushy Base
Mango Syrup: 80ml
Cane Sugar Syrup: 20ml
Slushy Powder: 1 scoop
Water: 50ml
Ice Cubes: 1.5 cups
Cloud Cream (Middle Layer)
Heavy Cream: 270ml
Cake Cream Powder: 60g
Fresh Milk: 25ml
Milk Foam (Top Layer)
Original Foam Powder: 70g
Ice Water: 280ml
Garnish
Mango Jam: as needed
Directions
Prepare the Cloud Cream
Following the Recipe, whip the mixture into cloud cream and load it into a piping bag for later use.
Blend the Smoothie
Add water, Slushy Powder, Cane Sugar Syrup, Mango Syrup, and ice into the blender jar, then blend until it reaches a slushy consistency.
Shape the Clouds
Use a piping bag to create cloud shapes with the cream on the inner walls of the serving glass, then slowly spoon in a small amount of the mango slushy.
Layer Up
Repeat the process of alternating between the cream and slushy until the glass is 80% full.
Add the Topping
Gently pour the Original Foam over the top of the slushy.
Garnish and Serve
