Ingredients
- Hot Milk: 120ml 
- Rose Syrup: 20ml 
- Sea Salt Crema: (16g sea salt crema powder + 60ml cold water) 
- Espresso: 80ml 
- Chocolate Sauce: 10g 
- Edible Rose Petals: For garnish 
Directions
- Prepare the Rose Milk Base: - In a serving glass, mix 120ml of hot milk with 20ml of rose syrup, stirring well to combine. 
- Add the Sea Salt Crema: - Gently pour in the whipped sea salt crema over the milk, ensuring a smooth layer. 
- Prepare the Mocha Espresso: - In a separate cup, mix 80ml of espresso with 10g of chocolate sauce, stirring until fully blended. 
- Layer the Espresso: - Slowly pour the mocha espresso along the edge of the crema layer, allowing it to settle naturally. 
- Garnish & Serve: - Sprinkle edible rose petals on top for a luxurious finishing touch. Enjoy!
