Sakura Cream Soda

Ingredients
Sakura agar jelly:
Sakura syrup : Kanten powder = 1:20
- 30ml Sakura syrup 
- 15g Kanten powder 
- 300ml Hot water 
Sakura ice cream:
- 50ml Sakura syrup 
- 100ml Whipping cream 
- Milk 250ml 
Sakura Soda:
- Soda water 
- Ice cubes 
- Optional toppings - such as maraschino cherries 
- Optioal: Freeze-dried strawberry powder 
Directions
Making Sakura Agar Jelly:
- Pour Sakura syrup into boiling hot water. 
- Add 15g of kanten powder and whisk until completely dissolved. 
- Refrigerate the cooled mixture for about 4 hours until it sets into jelly. 
- Once set, cut the Sakura jelly into small cubes. 
Making Sakura Ice Cream:
- Prepare a large bowl and pour in 1 part Sakura syrup, 2 parts whipping cream, and 5 parts milk, Mix well. 
- Following your ice cream machine's instructions, churn the mixture into ice cream. 
Assembling Sakura Cream Soda:
- Add the Sakura jelly cubes and some ice cubes to a cup. 
- Add any toppings of your choice. 
- Pour in soda water until the glass is almost full. 
- Top it off with a scoop of homemade Sakura ice cream. - Optional: Sprinkle some freeze-dried strawberry powder on top of the ice cream for an extra burst of flavor.
