Sea Salt Coco Cloud is a layered coconut drink designed to look like a sky captured in a glass—cool, airy, and softly textured.
The base combines chilled coconut water and syrup, followed by a slow pour of pastel taro infusion, and topped with a salted milk foam cloud. From crystal clear to purple haze to creamy white, every layer offers a new mood.

Ingredients
Coconut Water: 130ml
Cane Sugar Syrup: 10ml
Taro Syrup: 5ml
Water (for taro layer): 100ml
Cold Water (for cream): 80ml
Ice Cubes: 70% of glass
Directions
1. Add Ice:
Fill serving glass with ice to 70%.
2. Pour Coconut Base:
Mix coconut water and cane syrup, pour into glass.
3. Create Middle Layer:
Stir taro syrup with water, then gently pour to form gradient.
4. Top with Milk Foam:
Whip sea salt creamer with cold water and gently float on top.
