Ingredients
- Egg Whites - Hard-Boiled Eggs: 5 pcs - White Vinegar: 100ml - Pink Food Coloring: a few drops 
- Filling - Cooked Egg Yolks: 5 pcs - Mango Concentrate: 20ml - Mayonnaise: 30g - Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp - Salt: pinch - Spice Mix (for garnish): a sprinkle 
Directions
- Boil and Halve Eggs : - Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolks. 
- Dye the Whites : - Soak the egg whites in vinegar mixed with pink food coloring until lightly dyed. 
- Make the Filling : - Mash yolks with mango concentrate, mayo, chili, and salt until smooth. 
- Pipe the Filling : - Use a piping bag to fill each egg half with the mango yolk mix.
