It starts with white grape popping boba, then comes a creamy Yakult smoothie, and finishes with a fruity blend of lychee and berries. Three colors, three textures—every sip feels like completing a mini dessert quest. Sweet? Absolutely. Charming? Totally.
Ingredients
White Grape Popping Boba: 2 tbsp
Yakult Syrup: 60ml
Ice Cubes (for Yakult layer): 1 cup
Strawberry Jam: 20g
Lychee Syrup: 30ml
Blueberry Syrup: 10ml
Ice Cubes (for berry-lychee layer): 1 cup
Mint Leaf (optional garnish)
Directions
Add Popping Boba:
Place white grape popping boba at the bottom of the glass.
Blend Yakult Smoothie:
In a blender, mix 60ml Yakult syrup with 1 cup of ice until smooth. Pour over boba.
Make Berry-Lychee Slush:
Blend 20g strawberry jam, 30ml lychee syrup, 10ml blueberry syrup with 1 cup ice until thick and fluffy.
Layer and Serve:
Gently pour the berry-lychee slush over the Yakult layer. Garnish with mint leaf if desired.
