Ingredients
Heavy Cream: 135g
Cake Cream Powder: 30g
Milk 12ml
Avocado Powder: 22.6g
Hot Water: 150ml
Ice Cubes: as needed
Chocolate Shavings: for garnish
Directions
Prepare the Cake Cream
Whip 135g heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add 30g Cake Cream Powder and 12ml milk, and whip until stiff peaks form. Use a spatula to spread cream along the inside of the glass to create decorative swirls. Fill the glass 80% with ice.Make the Avocado Milk Tea
Dissolve 22.6g Avocado Powder in 150ml hot water and stir well. Shake with ice to chill, then pour into the prepared glass.Assemble & Garnish
