A hidden layer of edible shimmer is tucked into a soft cotton candy cloud. As the fizzy drink is poured in, the cloud melts, revealing floating stardust. Taro offers a creamy base, lychee adds floral sweetness, and lemon gives it a refreshing twist. Each swirl releases more sparkle.

Ingredients
Cotton Candy: 1 large tuft (for base)
White Shimmer Powder: 1 tsp (hidden inside cotton candy)
Ice Cubes: to 80% of glass
Taro Syrup: 10ml
Lychee Syrup: 20ml
Lemon Juice: 5ml
Sparkling Water: 100ml total (split pour)
Ice (for shaker): handful
Directions
Set the Cloud：
Hide shimmer powder inside cotton candy, place at bottom of glass. Fill with ice to 80%.
Shake the Base：
In a shaker, mix taro syrup, lychee syrup, lemon juice, 50ml sparkling water, and ice. Shake well.
Pour & Activate：
Pour shaken drink into the glass. Cotton candy melts, releasing shimmer.
Top Off：
Slowly pour remaining sparkling water to create a layered galaxy effect. Stir gently to reveal the stars.
