🍑 A Peach Oolong Inspired by Fruit Sweetness and Mountain Aroma

When peach meets high mountain oolong, the result is more than just sweetness — it becomes a layered and balanced peach oolong that feels both refreshing and refined.

This iced peach oolong begins with white peach jam as its aromatic foundation. The fruit profile is soft and naturally sweet, offering a gentle first impression rather than an overpowering sugar note. Ingredients

  • Cane Sugar Syrup — 20 ml

  • Golden High Mountain Oolong Tea (Loose Leaf) — 200 ml

  • Peach-Flavored Nata De Coco — 2 scoops

  • Ice — 70% of cup volume

    • Gradient Powder — 5 g

    • Water — 100 ml

Directions

  1. Prepare the Gradient Liquid

    Mix gradient powder with water until fully dissolved. Set aside.

  2. Build the Tea Base

    In a shaker, combine white peach jam, cane sugar syrup, and Golden High Mountain Oolong Tea.
    Add ice to 70% full and shake thoroughly.

  3. Add the Topping

    Place peach-flavored nata de coco into the serving glass.

  4. Pour the Tea

    Strain and pour the shaken peach oolong mixture into the glass.

  5. Create the Layered Effect

    Slowly pour the gradient liquid along the inner wall of the cup to achieve a soft layered presentation.
