Rose Pu’er Milk Latte

Ingredients
Pu’er Tea Layer
Hot Water: 200ml (yield 150ml brewed tea)
Rose Milk Layer
Non-Dairy Creamer: 3 tbsp
Hot Water: 50ml
Cane Sugar Syrup: 20ml
Rose Syrup: 20ml
Ice Cubes: ½ cup (for shaking) + 70% in glass
Directions
Brew Tea:
Steep red pu erh tea bag in 200ml hot water, extract 150ml of tea.
Make Rose Milk:
In a shaker, combine creamer, hot water, rose syrup, cane syrup, and half cup of ice. Shake until well mixed.
Prepare Serving Glass:
Fill the glass with ice up to 70%.
Assemble the Drink:
First pour in the rose milk, then slowly layer the Pu’er tea to create a gradient.
