  1. Brew Tea

    Steep red pu erh tea bag in 200ml hot water, extract 150ml of tea.

  2. Make Rose Milk

    In a shaker, combine non-dairy creamer, hot water, rose syrup, cane syrup, and half a cup of ice. Shake until smooth.

  1. Prepare Serving Glass

    Fill the glass with ice up to 70%.

  2. Assemble the Drink

    First pour in the rose milk, then slowly layer the Pu’er tea to create a gradient.

🏷 Tips

Use a spoon to guide the tea while pouring to preserve the gradient.

Adjust rose syrup to preference for a stronger floral note.
