Rose Pu’er Milk Latte

The Rose Pu’er Milk Latte blends floral elegance with the depth of traditional Pu’er tea. Its silky rose milk contrasts beautifully with the earthy tea layer, creating a soft, dreamy drink with delicate aromas—ideal for cozy afternoons or stylish café menus.
Ingredients
- Pu’er Tea Layer - Hot Water: 200ml (yield 150ml brewed tea) 
 - Rose Milk Layer - Non-Dairy Creamer: 3 tbsp 
- Hot Water: 50ml 
- Cane Sugar Syrup: 20ml 
- Rose Syrup: 20ml 
- Ice Cubes: ½ cup (for shaking) + 70% in glass 
 
Directions
- Brew Tea: - Steep red pu erh tea bag in 200ml hot water, extract 150ml of tea. 
- Make Rose Milk: - In a shaker, combine non-dairy creamer, hot water, rose syrup, cane syrup, and half a cup of ice. Shake until smooth. 
- Prepare Serving Glass: - Fill the glass with ice up to 70%. 
- Assemble the Drink: - First pour in the rose milk, then slowly layer the Pu’er tea to create a gradient. 
🏷 Tips
Use a spoon to guide the tea while pouring to preserve the gradient.
Adjust rose syrup to preference for a stronger floral note.
