Smacked Pu’er Lemon Tea is a bold twist on traditional iced tea! With Red Dragon Pu’er as the base, fresh lemon slices are muddled for intense citrus aroma, then shaken with longan honey for a smoky-sweet finish. It’s zesty, earthy, and seriously refreshing—perfect for tea lovers and summer menus alike.
Ingredients
- Tea Base - Hot Water: 200ml → yield 150ml brewed tea 
 - Lemon Base - Fresh Lemon Slices: 4 
- Ice Cubes: small amount (for muddling) 
 - Final Mix - Longan Honey Syrup: 40ml 
- Ice Cubes: fill up to 500ml in shaker 
- Lemon Wheel (for garnish) 
 
Directions
- Brew the Tea: - Steep 1 Pu’er tea bag in 200ml hot water, reserve 150ml tea. 
- Muddle Lemon: - In a shaker, add 4 lemon slices and a little ice. Muddle to release juice and aroma. 
- Shake the Drink: - Add 40ml longan honey syrup and 150ml Pu’er tea into the shaker, fill with ice to 500ml, and shake vigorously. 
- Serve: - Fill the serving glass with 70% ice, pour the shaken tea in. 
- Garnish: - Top with a lemon wheel for a bright finish. 
🏷 Tips
Use a bar muddler to get the best aroma out of lemon slices.
Try adding a pinch of sea salt for a citrus-tea punch.
