Ingredients
Cocktail Base
Fresh Green Grapes: 4-5 pieces (muddled)
Sake: 60ml
White Grape Syrup: 50ml
Pure Liquid Cane Sugar Syrup: 10ml (diluted with water to 100ml)
Ice Cubes: Half cup
Garnish
Whole Green Grapes: For garnish
Directions
Muddle the Grapes
Place 4–5 fresh green grapes into a shaker and gently muddle to release their juice and aroma.
Add the Sake and Syrups
Add 60 ml of sake, 50 ml of white grape syrup, and 10 ml of diluted cane sugar syrup.
Add Ice and Shake
Add half a cup of ice and shake thoroughly to chill the mixture and integrate the fruit character.
Strain into Serving Glass
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
Garnish
Skewer whole green grapes and place them on the rim for an elegant finish.
