Yakult Green Tea Miso Soup

A miso soup-inspired dessert drink made with Yakult green tea and coconut jelly, served in a red-lipped miso bowl with tea leaves.

Inspired by miso soup, this playful drink recreates its look using Yakult green tea and coconut milk jelly. Light, refreshing, and layered in texture, it delivers a clean flavor while offering a visually striking presentation.

🌿 A Creative Expression Between Tea and Dessert

This Yakult green tea “miso soup” sits somewhere between a tea drink and a light dessert. Built on the familiar base of Yakult green tea, it brings together a few simple elements to create a more layered drinking experience.

In terms of flavor, green tea provides a clean and refreshing base, while Yakult softens it with a gentle sweetness and light tang. Together, they create a balanced profile that stays smooth and easy to drink without becoming heavy.

The addition of coconut milk jelly introduces a soft, silky texture that contrasts with the liquid base. It adds variation to each sip, making the drink feel more dynamic rather than one-dimensional.

Visually, serving it in a bowl with scattered tea leaves shifts the format away from a typical beverage. It becomes something closer to a designed experience—where presentation and flavor work together to create a memorable impression.
