Yakult Green Tea - Miso Soup

This concept dessert uses chilled Yogurt green tea served in a traditional miso soup bowl with coconut milk jelly cubes and tea leaves for realistic presentation. It’s a clever fusion of East Asian visuals with refreshing flavor—perfect for modern menus and creative dining concepts.
Ingredients
- Drink Base 
 Yogurt Sugar Syrup : 30ml
 Green Tea : 150ml
 Ice Cubes : a handful
- Toppings 
 Coconut Milk Jelly Cubes : 3–5 pieces
 Brewed Tea Leaves : small pinch
Directions
- Shake the Base : - In a shaker, combine Yogurt sugar syrup, green tea, and ice. Shake well. 
- Add Jelly Cubes : - Place coconut jelly cubes into a miso-style bowl. 
- Pour in the Drink : - Strain and pour the shaken Yakult green tea over the jelly. 
- Top with Tea Leaves : - Add brewed tea leaves for a seaweed-like finish.
