Ingredients
Tea Base
Oolong Tea (Da Hong Pao): 150ml
Cane Sugar Syrup: 20ml
Egg Pudding: 1.5 scoops
Ice Cubes: 70% fullAvocado Cream Foam
Original Cream Foam Powder: 70g
Ice Water: 280ml
Avocado Powder: 30ml

Pudding Powder: 75g
Hot Water: 500ml
Directions
Prepare Egg Pudding
Mix pudding powder with hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
Pour into a container, allow it to set, then cut into cubes for use.
Prepare Avocado Cream Foam
Combine Original Cream Foam Powder, ice water, and avocado flavor powder.
Whip until smooth, thick, and slightly flowable.
Store chilled until ready to use.
Prepare Tea Base
Mix oolong tea with cane sugar syrup and stir thoroughly.
Layer and Chill
Add egg pudding to the bottom of the serving glass.
Fill with ice until approximately 70% full.
Pour the Tea
Gently pour the prepared tea into the glass, allowing it to naturally layer over the pudding.
Top with Cream Foam
Slowly pour the avocado cream foam over the top to create a smooth layered gradient.
