Ice cubes: as needed
Avocado Powder: 22.6g
Hot water: 50ml
Milk: 150ml
Cream Cap Powder: 22.5g
Taro Powder: 10g
Cold water: 80ml
Fresh mint or leaf garnish: for decoration
How to Make Avocado Taro Milk
Avocado Base
Spoon 80g of avocado purée into the bottom of your glass. Add ice until the glass is 80% full.Avocado Milk Layer
Mix Avocado Powder with hot water until fully dissolved. Cool with ice, then add milk and shake well. Pour gently over the avocado base.Whipped Taro Cream
Combine Cream Cap Powder, Taro 3-in-1 Powder, and cold water. Froth with a milk frother until thick and creamy.Assemble & Garnish
Carefully layer the whipped taro cream on top of the milk layer. Finish with a mint sprig or leaf garnish.
