🧊 Pre-Preparation
Sakura Jelly
Mix sakura syrup, kanten powder, and hot water until fully dissolved.
Allow to set, then cut into small cubes before use.
Blue Curaçao Cream Foam
Whip original cream foam powder with water until smooth and creamy.
Add blue curaçao syrup and mix evenly.
Prepare the Glass
Add 130g of sakura jelly into the serving glass.
Build the Coconut Base
Fill the glass with ice cubes until 80% full.
Add coconut water and cane sugar syrup, then stir well.
Prepare the coconut drink mix separately (7g powder + 20ml hot water + 30ml ice water), then gently pour it in to create a smooth coconut layer.
Top with Cream Foam
Gently layer the blue curaçao cream foam on top to create a clean and vibrant layered effect.
