The drink features three layered textures that build a refreshing tropical experience:

Ingredients

  • Coconut Slush Base
    Coconut Powder — 5 scoops
    Cane Sugar Syrup — 40 ml
    Hot Water — 50 ml
    Ice — 1.5 cups

  • Pink Dragon Fruit Slush
    1/3 portion of coconut slush
    Dragon Fruit Pulp — 2 scoops

    Cup Toppings
    Dragon Fruit Pulp — 3 scoops
    Agar Boba — 1 scoop

Directions

  1. Make the Coconut Slush

    Add coconut powder + hot water into the blender and mix until dissolved.

    Add cane sugar syrup + ice and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Make the Pink Dragon Fruit Slush

    Remove 1/3 of the coconut slush.

    Add 2 scoops dragon fruit pulp and blend into a pink fruit frost.

  3. Build the Cup

    Add 3 scoops of dragon fruit pulp to the bottom of the serving cup.

    Add 1 scoop agar boba.

  4. Add the Coconut Slush

    Fill the cup to 2/3 full with the coconut slush.

  5. Top with Pink Dragon Fruit Slush

    Add the pink slush layer on top to complete the layered presentation.
