Ingredients
Peach Jelly — 1.5 scoops
Ruby Black Tea Brew — 150 ml
Lychee Syrup — 30 ml
Cane Sugar Syrup — 20 ml
Ice — Full cup
Directions
Shake the Tea Base
In a shaker, combine:
150 ml Ruby Black Tea
30 ml Lychee Syrup
20 ml Cane Sugar Syrup
A full cup of ice
Shake well until chilled and fully blended.
Build the Cup
Add 1.5 scoops of peach jelly to the bottom of the serving cup.
Pour the shaken fruit tea over it.
Serve immediately.

Add 5–10 ml peach syrup for a stronger peach note.
Reduce cane sugar syrup to 10–15 ml for lower sweetness.
