Cane Sugar Syrup — 40 ml
Hot Water — 50 ml
Ice — 1.5 cupsPink Dragon Fruit Slush
1/3 portion of coconut slush
Dragon Fruit Pulp — 2 scoops
Cup Toppings
Dragon Fruit Pulp — 3 scoops
Agar Boba — 1 scoop
Directions
Prepare Coconut Slush
In the blender cup, first add 100ml hot water and 7.5 scoops of coconut powder, stirring until fully dissolved.
Next, add 60ml cane sugar liquid and 1.5 cups of ice to the blender.
Blend until a fine, slushy texture is achieved (This forms the white coconut slush).
Prepare Serving Cup
In the serving cup, add 2 scoops of mango jam to coat the sides or layer the bottom.
Step 3: Assemble & Finish
Pour the Coconut Slush from Step 1 into the serving cup.
While pouring the slush, intermittently add 2 scoops of dragon fruit pulp so the dragon fruit is evenly distributed within the slush, creating the red/white layered effect.
