Ingredients

Strawberry Jelly

Base

  • Strawberry jelly cubes 120g

  • Ice cubes (fill to 80% of the cup)

  • Gin 30ml

  • Coconut water 80ml

Blue Cream Cap

Directions

  1. Make the strawberry jelly

    Mix strawberry syrup and agar powder with hot water until fully dissolved. Pour into a mold, let cool and set, then cut into small cubes.

  2. Layer the drink

    Add 120g strawberry jelly cubes into the serving glass, fill with ice to 80%, pour in 30ml gin, then add 80ml coconut water.

  3. Create the cream cap

    Whisk cotton candy powder, cream cap powder, and cold water until fluffy. Gently pour over the drink.

  4. Garnish and serve

    Top with crushed dried strawberry and mint leaves.
