Ingredients

  • Mango jam — 50g

  • Coconut powder mix — 22.6g

  • Hot water — 100ml

  • Ice — As needed

  • Butterfly pea tea — 50ml

  • Dried butterfly pea flowers (for garnish) — Optional

Directions

  1. Add mango jam:

    Pour 50g of mango jam into the bottom of the cup as your golden base.

  2. Fill with ice:

    Add ice until the cup is full to support clean layering.

  3. Mix coconut layer:

    Stir 22.6g of coconut powder mix with 100ml hot water until smooth. Add two ice cubes to cool it slightly, then pour over the ice as the second layer.

  4. Top with blue tea:

    Gently pour 50ml of chilled butterfly pea tea over the coconut layer to form a dreamy third layer.

  5. Garnish:

    Add dried butterfly pea flowers on top for a tropical mocktail finishing touch.
