  1. Layer the base:

    Add 80g of Mochi Powder into the bottom of the cup and press to create a soft coating inside the glass.

  2. Fill with ice to about 70% full.

  3. Shake the matcha base: Mix 22.6g of Matcha Latte Powder with 75ml hot water and some ice cubes. Shake well and pour into the cup.

  4. Prepare the cream cap: Whisk 12g Cream Cap Powder + 2g Matcha Latte Powder + 40ml cold water until smooth. Gently pour on top.

  5. Finish with garnish: Dust matcha powder on top for a final touch.
