Ingredients
Hot Water: 20ml
Liquid Cane Sugar: 30ml
Ice Cubes: Full cup
Lemon Concentrate: 10ml
Sparkling Water: 120ml
Purple Brain Jelly: 1 piece
Edible Silver Mica Powder: A pinch (for decoration)
Directions
Create the Cotton Candy Syrup Base
Mix 2g cotton candy flavor powder with 20ml hot water until dissolved. Add 30ml liquid cane sugar, stir well, and pour into the bottom of the serving glass.
Add Ice and Sparkling Layer
Fill the glass with ice. Combine sparkling water and lemon juice, then gently pour over the back of a spoon to layer the drink.
Finish and Garnish
