Directions
Make the jelly base
Mix 6g kanten powder with 60ml hot water. Add cotton candy powder and strawberry syrup, then pour into a glass and let set.
Make the strawberry pudding layer
Mix strawberry powder, kanten powder, and 60ml hot water. Let cool slightly before pouring over the set jelly base. Refrigerate until firm.
