Ingredients

Hot water – 50 ml
Ice cubes – to fill 80% of the cup
Cold water – fill up to 150 ml
Butterfly pea water – 50 ml (slowly poured to create the gradient)
Directions
Cookie Base:
Mix 20 g chocolate cookie crumble with 8 ml milk, spread at the bottom of the serving glass.
Fill with Ice:
Add ice cubes to about 80% of the cup.
Vanilla Latte Layer:
Combine 22.6 g vanilla powder with 50 ml hot water, stir until dissolved, add 2 ice cubes to cool, then top up with cold water to 150 ml. Pour into the glass.
Butterfly Pea Gradient:
Slowly pour in 50 ml butterfly pea water to form a vivid layered effect.
