🔥 The Clash of Fire and Ice: Deconstructing East-Meets-West Elements

Blurring the line between beverage and dessert, every sip is a perfect union of rich tea aroma and caramelized crunch.

This beverage redefines Thai Milk Tea. We create artistic tiger stripes on the cup using a special cake cream and boldly torch brown sugar on top. The moment the straw cracks through the crust, mixing the fluffy foam with icy Thai tea, marks the beginning of your exclusive Tiger Brûlée moment.

The Blue Citrus Green Tea Cocktail is an experimental Asian Cocktail. It cleverly fuses the intensity of East Asian spirits with the freshness of citrus fruit tea, positioning itself as a sophisticated drink perfect for a summer afternoon.

The design soul of this beverage lies in the "Color, Refreshment, and Intensity" golden triangle:

1. Flavor Base: Lemon Green Tea's Refreshing Edge

The core of the drink is Lemon Green Tea. The clean aftertaste of green tea and the natural acidity of lemon are a perfect match. This makes it an ideal Green Tea Drink. We leverage the sweet-tartness of Citrus Green Tea to skillfully mask the strong alcoholic presence of Gaoliang liquor, resulting in a smooth, highly drinkable Summer Drink.

2. Visual Aesthetics: The Color Game of Layered Drink

This is a perfect Aesthetic Drink. Through careful density calculation, it presents:

Bottom Layer: Sweet yellow notes (from concentrated syrup).

Middle Layer: A fresh emerald Lime Green Drink (from the tea and lemon mix).

Top Layer: A dreamy blue cotton candy foam. This three-color gradient Layered Drink structure is the visual code that most captures attention on social media.

3. Ultimate Texture: The Dual Surprise of Foam and Spirit

The cotton candy foam is the key. When it slowly touches the liquid below, it creates a unique "velvety feel" that enhances the mouthfeel of the Green Tea Drink. This feature gives the entire beverage high recognition.

Ingredients

Spirit & Tea Base:

  • Gaoliang Liquor / Baijiu: 20 ml —— Keyword: Asian Cocktail

  • Jasmine Green Tea: 70 ml —— Keyword: Green Tea Drink

Citrus Flavor:

  • Lemon Syrup: 30 ml —— Keyword: Lemon Green Tea / Citrus Green Tea

  • Cane Sugar: 20 ml

Topping & Garnish:

  • Blue Cotton Candy Powder: 1 g

  • Hot Water: 50 ml —— Used to dissolve powder for the blue foam

  • Garnish: Ruby Grapefruit Slices, Mint Leaf (or star sprinkles)

  • Ice Cubes: Full cup

Directions

  1. Chill Base

Fill the cup: Fill the serving glass with Ice Cubes to the brim.

  2. Shake the Base

Base Recipe: Pour 20ml Gaoliang Liquor, 70ml Jasmine Green Tea, 30ml Lemon Syrup, and 20ml Cane Sugar into a shaker.

Shake Mix: Add ice and shake well until condensation forms on the outside of the shaker, ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly chilled and blended.

Pour into Glass: Filter the shaken tea-liquor base and slowly pour it into the serving glass, filling it to about 90% full.

  3. Create the Blue Foam Layer

Make Foam: Pour 1g Blue Cotton Candy Powder and 50ml Hot Water into a whisking vessel. Quickly whisk until a vibrant, thick blue foam is created (speed is essential to prevent foam dissipation).

Pour Gently: Gently pour the prepared blue foam along the ice or the cup wall onto the top of the drink, allowing the foam to float naturally on the liquid, forming a clean blue layer.

  4. Elegant Garnish

Add Garnish: Following the design, place Ruby Grapefruit slices and mint leaf (or star sprinkles) to complete the drink.

(Visual Tip: This final step creates the drink's ultimate aesthetic layer, elevating the drink from a Layered Drink to a Cream Top Drink visual.)

🏷 Tips

Alcohol Substitute: If not using Gaoliang, you can substitute with 20ml of Vodka or Rum for a more Western-style profile.

Layering Technique: Pouring the blue foam slowly is key to making it suspend above the liquid, maintaining the Layered Drink structure.

Flavor Balance: The lemon and green tea effectively balance the intensity of the Gaoliang, ensuring the overall taste remains a refreshing Summer Drink.
