Directions
Preparation | Make the Jasmine Tea Jelly
Prepare the Jasmine Tea Jelly according to the recipe above. Heat the Jasmine Green Tea Base to approximately 80–90°C (176–194°F), add the agar powder while stirring continuously until fully dissolved, then mix in the Cane Sugar Syrup. Pour the mixture into a container, allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully set. Cut into bite-sized cubes before use.
