Mango Oolong Cold Brew Coffee
A layered summer fruit coffee tea made with mango jam, oolong tea, cold brew coffee, and coffee agar jelly.
Mango Oolong Cold Brew Coffee is a crafted crossover between tropical fruit tea and smooth cold brew coffee. The drink starts with Hojalicious Mango Jam, bringing a rich mango aroma and bright golden color as the fruit base. Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea Base is then added for a clean tea aroma and gentle finish, helping the mango flavor stay refreshing instead of overly sweet.
At the bottom of the cup, Coffee Agar Boba creates a dark chewy layer with roasted coffee notes. The cold brew coffee is slowly poured over the tea base to form a clear layered gradient above the golden mango oolong tea. A small amount of fresh lemon zest on top adds a bright citrus aroma, helping the mango, oolong tea, cold brew coffee, and chewy coffee jelly come together in a more refined summer drink.
For bubble tea shops and cafés, this mango coffee drink can connect several menu directions at once, including fruit coffee, mango tea, coffee jelly drink, and cold brew coffee. It works well as a spring-summer limited item, a fruit coffee menu feature, or a specialty drink for brands looking to combine tea, coffee, fruit, and texture in one cup.

🍹Directions
Prepare the Mango Oolong Tea Base
Add 1.5 scoops of Mango Jam into the serving cup. Add a small amount of Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea Base and stir thoroughly until the mango flavor and tea base are evenly blended into a stable mango oolong tea base.
Add Coffee Agar Boba and Ice
Add 2 scoops of Coffee Agar Boba into the serving cup. Then add ice cubes until the cup is about 80% full to create a chilled base and chewy bottom layer.
Add the Remaining Oolong Tea
Pour in the remaining Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea Base, allowing the mango jam and oolong tea to blend naturally into a bright golden mango tea base.
Layer the Cold Brew Coffee
Slowly pour 50 ml of cold brew coffee along the inside wall of the cup. Let the coffee form a natural gradient above the mango oolong tea base. Avoid overmixing so the drink keeps a clear layered look.
Finish with Lemon Zest
Grate a small amount of fresh lemon zest over the top for a light aromatic finish. Serve immediately.
🏷 Tips
Pre-Mix the Mango Jam
Mango jam has a rich texture, so mix it first with a small amount of oolong tea before adding ice. This helps the sweetness and mango aroma release more evenly throughout the drink.
Slowly Pour the Coffee Along the Cup Wall
The gradient is the visual highlight of this drink. Use a bar spoon or slowly pour the cold brew coffee along the inside wall of the cup to avoid breaking the layers.
Keep the Tea Base Light
Golden Mountain Lightly Roasted Oolong Tea Base should stay light and refreshing, not overly concentrated. This allows the mango flavor and coffee finish to stay balanced.
Use Only a Small Amount of Lemon Zest
Lemon zest is used for its aromatic citrus oil. Grate only a small amount over the top ice layer; too much may create bitterness.
